Our pick of London’s best Bank Holiday hangouts this weekend

The last Monday in August doesn’t just mean a Bank Holiday, it also means the last three-day weekend of the year (before Christmas, at least) – not to mention, that it’s also a reminder that the fleeting British summer is coming to a rapid end. Sad face. But as is the norm with London, the party isn’t quite over yet, so here are a few happenings around the city to keep you busy until Tuesday morning:

Number 90’s Summer Festival / Friday 25th until Monday 28th August

Brought to you by the team behind late night canal-side favourite, Number 90, this four-dayer is going to be one to remember. The four-day extravaganza will be complete with live music, unicorn performances, pinatas, glitter stations and overflowing drinks throughout the weekend. To top it all off, apart from Saturday night’s ticketed ‘Half Baked’ event, the whole festival is free.
